The hotel staff were attentive and polite. The room lived up to its photos and was a good treat. The airport transfer was seamless and convenient. The location was perfect, with Japanese restaurants and attractions nearby. The breakfast was excellent, nice for a flexible start to the day. The hotel was clean and the staff were always helpful. The couples massage at the spa was worth it.

This hotel is just perfect for anyone looking for value for money. Located in a peaceful and pleasant area, away from the noise of the ongoing excavations in the city centre, this hotel is perfect for rejuvenation after a long day of sightseeing. The rooms have all the basic necessary amenities, offering comfort and convenience. The staff is friendly, welcoming and provides great services, creating a home-like atmosphere. Moreover, the breakfast is absolutely delicious.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it convenient to access various attractions and restaurants. You can enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine at the nearby restaurants and even buy breakfast at Vincom plaza. The rooms are fairly clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service.
The bathroom is a bit cramped, which may be uncomfortable for some guests.
